Directions: Bring purified water to a boil. Add contents of sachet to the water/Yoni Steamer and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Test steam to ensure it is not too hot.

When steam is at a comfortable temperature, sit over basin with a towel wrapped around your waist to focus the heat and steam.
